Eileen joined Hudspeth Animal Hospital in March 2025 and serves as the Lead Veterinary Assistant. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Chemistry and is currently pursuing her veterinary technology education to become a licensed veterinary technician.
Her passion for veterinary medicine began in high school after a veterinarian told her his job was to keep her dogs healthy so they could continue taking care of her. That message has stayed with her ever since and continues to inspire the care she provides every day.
Outside of work, Eileen enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, cross-stitching, and exploring the outdoors. She also shares her home with King, her lovable Boxer mix.
